Nickey Owens is a Smeal College of Business graduate from Penn State University. She lives in the Greater Cincinnati area, enjoying time with her children (4 total) and three grandchildren. When she's not working to help business owners sell or buyers purchase a business, she can be found hiking the local woods and trails of Southwest Ohio or any other part of the country.
Joe was born and raised in Detroit, MI where, after high school, he began his career in the automotive industry as an Industrial Truck Operator. Joe worked his way through the ranks of his company’s as he progressed to his highest title of Assistant Plant Manager in 2013. Joe spent a long career in Operations Management until 2015 when he decided to pursue a career in the Lean Management and Six Sigma field where he earned his Green Belt Certification in Six Sigma along with his certification in Lean Management and VSM. Joe once again climbed the ranks in his new field becoming the Corporate Continuous Improvement Coordinator where he was responsible for improvement efforts at 10 sites across our country. Joe has dabbled in many facets of each company he has worked for over the years, as he always welcomes a challenge. Joe is the type of person who tends to learn something, master it, and then looks for new challenges. This philosophy is applied to his personal life as well.
As Joe felt he reached the pinnacle of the Continuous Improvement field, he decided to pursue a career in another industry, the business brokerage world. Joe has acquired an immense knowledge of business fundamentals through transactions, financials, vendor relationships, sales, etc. He hopes to apply what he has learned throughout his career to this new and exciting venture. As a former business owner himself, Joe understands the complexities of owning and running business. He knows the importance of confidentiality when it comes to buying or selling a business.
When Joe is not busy working to help current and future entrepreneurs realize their dreams, he loves spending time traveling to new places around the world and creating new and long lasting relationships.
Zachery Ailing is a
hardworking individual with an entrepreneurial spirt, grounded in a background of
accounting and finance. He understands the difficulties of buying or selling a business
at the deepest level as a former business owner himself. Zack is an expert in
the intricacies of valuing, listing, and selling a business, and is always eager
to answer any questions that may arise.
